Challenge
Appropriately named Foreman Hill, this site was situated on elevated terrain accessible only by a steep dirt road. The incline and composition of the road posed considerable difficulties, as it was unsuitable for the necessary utility and emergency access vehicles.
Solution
Our team engaged with the best civil engineers in the area and came up with an elegant solution including excavating, retaining walls and paving certain portions to ultimately provide adequate access to the site.
