Versiris Energy (previously operating as New Energy Equity) developed several solar systems for Boscovs, to generate solar power in the communities of Deptford and Eatontown, NJ, and Milford, CT. The roof mounted systems totaled 1,434 kW in size, and will generate clean solar energy as a means to power the Boscovs department stores found in each of those communities.
Challenge
Boscov’s projects were kicking off construction right as COVID-19 decimated the construction industry.
Solution
Our team of in-house legal resources were quickly able to confirm our work was classified as critical infrastructure work which allowed our construction to proceed.
